All sessions take place via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable.
We begin with a short phone call to see if we’re the right fit. From there, we usually start with a single session. Before we meet, I’ll send you a short pre-session questionnaire to help you reflect on what you hope to gain from our time together.
After your first session, we’ll talk about what’s next. Some clients choose to enrol in a coaching program, while others prefer to book sessions as needed. There’s no pressure - just what works best for you.
Most clients choose to meet weekly or fortnightly during a coaching program.
